Looking for a CRAZY FAT BURN??? This is called 'high knees hit the floor'. We do 6 high knees and belly flop on the floor, pop back up and repeat. My favourite way to do this is TABATA of course ... it's kinda mean... but it's only a 4 minute workout and the payoff is intense!! Set up your Tabata timer (find for free in the App Store) for 20 seconds work/ 10 seconds rest/ 8 rounds ... go as fast as you can during the 'work' portion.
