I make Thepla and Thalipeeth at home very regularly and end up experimenting a lot with the style of making and even the ingredients I add to it. Thalipeeth is usually rolled out by hand, because it contains a lot of millet flours. In this video, I have made it differently and made it easier for beginner cooks to make it as well.
