Turkey Burger

Ingredients:
1 tbsp ghee
handful spinach
4 oz ground turkey (form into patty)
1/4 onion
2 tbsp goat cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Directions: Saute onion in ghee in a medium pan then set aside, in same pan cook ground turkey patty about 5 mins each side **until fully cooked**, place patty on spinach then top with goat cheese and onion!
